PRIVACY INFORMATION AS PER ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 (PRIVACY CODE)

As per article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/03), we inform surfers that the company that owns the site indicated at the bottom of the site is the data controller (hereinafter “Owner”). Our site provides a quick contact form, which allows us to receive requests for information from site navigators and therefore to be able to respond using one of the contact details (telephone or email) provided by the navigator by filling out the form.

2. METHODS OF TREATMENT

Based on article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Right of access to personal data and other rights), it is the right of the subjects to whom the personal data refer to: 1. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; 2. obtain the indication: a) of the personal data origin, b) of the purposes and treatment methods , c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, d) of the identification details of the owner and the managers, e) of the subjects or categories of subjects who may become aware of the data collected or to whom these may be communicated; 3. obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or interruption of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes the data were collected or subsequently processed for, c) the statement that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in case this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; 4. oppose, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection, b) the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
